RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 28 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned to the store personally, or by tacked & traced postage. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will endeavour to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.

Any breakages, damages, or faulty items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is defective in any way, please return it as soon as possible and we will either deliver a new one to you, free of charge, or refund you the cost of the product and delivery feee. 

In the interest of safety and hygiene, mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and pillow protectors cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless the item has been deemed faulty. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you wish to return furniture items, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of your order. order. The item must be returned to the store personally or by tacked & traced postage. All returned items must be unassembled, unused and in their original packaging. We will endeavour to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items, unless the product was deemed faulty/damaged upon delivery.

On inspection, if we find that returned items have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the customer will be liable for the diminished value of the items. In these particular circumstances, we may withhold an amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods.
